Level 3 - Increased EOC Staff / Extended Hours


In addition to a continuing activation supporting the State's COVID-19 Response, the Oklahoma State Emergency Operations Center will be activated today, Wednesday, November 18, 2020 beginning at 11 AM due to elevated to critical fire weather conditions expected across a large portion of the state and the potential for increased wildfire activity. Strong winds today may also result in scattered power outages. Due to COVID-19, State EOC partners are not required to report to the State EOC for this event unless otherwise notified by ODEMHS.

 

WebEOC Incident: 20-016 11/18 Wildfire Event

 

The State EOC requests to be notified of any significant impacts to any jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

  • Wildfires of any size
  • Any number of evacuations resulting from wildfires
  • Any wildfires threatening homes, businesses or livestock
  • Shelters opened or needed for any number of occupants
