2. In a large bowl, whisk together our, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Stir in walnuts and cranberries.
3. In a separate bowl, add applesauce, oil and juice. Mix well.
4. Gradually add applesauce mix to the dry ingredient mix, stirring throughout.
5. Cover dough and refrigerate 30 minutes.
6. Once dough is chilled, our hands and roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place
on baking sheet.
7. Bake cookies 12-15 minutes, or until lightly brown.
Tips
Add a pecan or other nut to the top of each cookie before placing the baking sheet into the oven for a more charming touch.
