Rusty Nail
Rusty Nail has played in many bands throughout his career. His own band, Pure Country performed all over Texas and Louisiana. He has performed at the Texas Country Music Hall of Fame; voted Top Vocalist in 2000; voted Male Vocalist of the Year in 2004; and he has recorded 4 CDs. Rusty Nail enjoys performing and loves singing the old classic country music.

May 14th- National Police Week, 9 AM - 10:30 AM, Officers will be at the market with a squad car for kids to meet Broken Arrow's Finest and see the inside of their vehicles! They will also be passing out PD swag!
July- Buy Fresh BA, Through July, our vendors will be passing out tickets to for up to every $10 spent at the market for the chance to win three Farmers Market baskets filled with donations from our very own vendors! We will draw for the winners on the first Saturday of August to kick off National Farmers Market Week!
August 6th- National Farmers Market Week, Traveling Barnyard, Photo Booth, Performance by Daniel Jordan, and the drawing of Buy Fresh BA!
October 8th- National Fire Prevention Week, 9 AM-10:30 AM, Firefighters will be at the market with a firetruck for kids to meet Broken Arrow's Bravest and see the bells and whistles of the firetruck! They will also be passing out FD swag!
October 29th- Halloween at the Market, While supplies last, our vendors will be passing out Halloween candy to all the Trick-or-Treaters!
Throughout the season, the City of Broken Arrow will be rotating a booth for the various departments/divisions. We hope this gives the citizens a chance to ask questions or learn more about each department.

Recipe Corner
Creamy Chicken & Spinach Enchilladas
 Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen onion & bell pepper mix
- 1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped frozen broccoli
- 1 lb cooked lean ham, diced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Non-stick cooking spray
Preparation
-
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. In a microwave-safe dish, add onion & pepper mix, spinach & broccoli. Microwave to defrost at 50% power 3 minutes. Drain water from vegetables. Add ham & tomato. Mix well.
3. In a small bowl, mix eggs, 1 cup cheese & garlic powder.
4. Spray square glass baking dish with cooking spray. Spread vegetable & ham mixture evenly in dish. Pour egg mixture over vegetables. Top with remaining cheese.
5. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until frittata is set. To check, insert a knife in the middle. If ready, it will come out clean.
