Renewal Reminder and Newsletter Survey
Message from the Editor:
Hello all. This brief edition of the OBNDD Registration Newsletter will provide a reminder for renewals and for any necessary renewal corrections and a link to a newsletter survey.

The timely OBNDD renewal period has ended. If you have not submitted your renewal already, please do so now, even though the timely renewal period has passed. Untimely renewals are from September through October. Untimely renewals are not guaranteed to be processed and approved prior to the expiration date of October 31st, but there is a possibility that they will be.
If you wait to submit your renewal closer to the deadline, this could result in your registration becoming inactive. Inactive registrations cannot conduct any work with controlled substances. If you have not renewed yet, please do so soon to give the best chance that your renewal will be approved prior to the deadline.
Reminder: If your renewal is rejected, you have 30 days to correct the renewal and resubmit it before it is permanently closed.

Application for Registration 475:10-1-9
"Registrations shall expire on October 31st of each year. Applicants that fail to submit a timely renewal application shall cease all operations and activities involving controlled dangerous substances on or before the expiration date, including possession of controlled dangerous substances, until such time as the applicant is once again registered. Applicants that submit a late renewal shall remain inactive until the application is finally decided by the Director."
