Additionally, make sure that your registration is linked to your account. When you log in, your registration should be immediately visible on your dashboard. If it is not listed on your dashboard, nor under the renewal tab on the left hand navigation column, please contact obnddregistration@obn.ok.gov, so we can correct your account prior to renewal season and help you have a smooth renewal.
Also, make sure that the information listed on your OBN registration matches your information provided to your respective licensing board. If the information does not match, it will further complicate your renewal, and you risk rejection of your renewal application.
Warning: Renewal applications that are incomplete (the information does not match the information for your licensing board registration or there are required documents that are missing) will be rejected. If your renewal is rejected, you will have 30 days to fix the application and resubmit it. After the 30 days, the application will be permanently closed and will not be reopened for any reason.
Business Information Changes If your business information changes, including changes to the business name, address, or ownership, this will require a new application.
OBN Registration Account Closure If you no longer require your OBN registration account, please remember that you are required to notify us. Please do not wait for your registration to simply expire.
