The Department of Taxation recently updated the text accompanying the new Percentage Method Withholding Table on our website. Please note that the tax table itself was accurate; only the explanatory text required a minor correction.
The updated version is shown below and is now live on our website under the “Tax Rates” drop-down menu on the Employer Withholding Tax page.
