REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. U14-FAC/AER-1

A MANAGEMENT/PERFORMANCE and FINANCIAL AUDIT
of the FUEL ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE RIDER
and the ALTERNATIVE ENERGY RIDER of
THE DAYTON POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY 

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, by Entry issued February 5, 2014, ordered Staff to issue a Request For Proposal for a complete audit of the management performance and financial aspects of the FAC and AER recovery mechanisms for the years 2013 and 2014 of the Dayton Power and Light Company. Requests for proposals were submitted to the Commission by the established deadline of February 28, 2014.

The Commission would like to thank all those who submitted a proposal in response to Request For Proposal U14-FAC/AER-1. By Commission Entry, on March 19, 2014, the Commission has selected Energy Ventures Analysis, Inc. to perform the audit.
