Fix A Leak Week

Save money on water bills and prevent expensive damage

A tenth of all homes in the United States have water leaks that waste 90 gallons or more each day. Even regular leaks can account for nearly 10,000 gallons of water wasted in an average home every year – the amount of water it takes to wash 300 loads of laundry. Fixing these easily corrected leaks can save Ohio homeowners money on their water bills and prevent expensive water damage.

The PUCO, Ohio EPA and Ohio Department of Insurance celebrated “Fix a Leak Week” from March 14–20 by sharing tips, helpful information and facts about water leaks.

It only takes ten minutes to check for leaks in your home or business. Find out how!
