PUCO Nominating Council to meet December 21
COLUMBUS, OHIO (Dec. 16, 2020) – The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) Nominating Council will meet on Dec. 21, 2020, to interview applicants for the position of commissioner of the PUCO to fill a five-year term that ends on April 10, 2024. The virtual meeting will begin at 8:45 a.m. and will be livestreamed on the PUCO’s YouTube channel.
The agenda for the Nominating Council meeting is as follows:

Ratification of Jan. 23, 2020 minutes
Upon the conclusion of the opening public session, the Nominating Council will convene an executive session pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code to interview the following candidates:
- Angela Amos
- Anne Vogel
- Eugene Krebs
- Greg Poulos
- Jason Rafeld
- Judith French
- Louis Tosi
- Sean O'Brien
The Nominating Council will reconvene its public session at 1:20 p.m. and select four candidates to submit to Governor Mike DeWine for his consideration. The public session will be webcast live on the PUCO YouTube channel.
