The work continues

Although Ohio is operating a little differently these days, the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) is still here to serve you. Over the past month, the PUCO and the Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB) held virtual meetings that brought together members and commissioners from their homes. These meetings have been and will continue to be live-streamed to our YouTube channel and available for call-in access.
You can find all of the meeting recordings here.
Consumer Call Center is open
The PUCO Consumer Call Center phone line is back up and running as staff continues to work from home. Consumers with utility questions or issues can call the hotline at (800) 686 - 7826, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hold times may be longer than usual.
The online contact form is still available at any time.

New rail crossing alert feature for Waze users
Waze has activated "railroad crossing alerts" in the United States, made possible through extensive efforts to incorporate accurate data from around the country regarding crossings.
Waze users, who upgrade their release to version 4.61, will encounter the alerts when approaching such crossings in both navigation and non-navigation mode.
This feature will help drivers stay alert around rail crossings to help prevent track tragedies.
