The Ohio Children's Trust Fund re-released a Request for Grant Applications for its Human Trafficking Prevention, Intervention, and Training Services Initiative to fund organizations in central, southeast, and southwest Ohio to serve minor victims of human trafficking, train child-serving professionals, and implement prevention activities.   

Three Columbus men were indicted on trafficking in persons charges following an investigation initiated by the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force.

A priest in northwest Ohio was arrested Tuesday by the Northwest Ohio Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force on sex trafficking charges.  

The Columbus Police Department warned against a new round of false social media posts of women being kidnapped from restaurants and trafficked in central Ohio.   

The U.S. Department of Justice awarded $497,661 in grant funding to Jordan Community Resource Center to provide safe housing and other services to survivors of human trafficking.

The Trafficking of Youth with Disabilities
The International Organization for Adolescents, in collaboration with the National Human Trafficking and Disabilities Working Group, developed an educational booklet with targeted education for organizations serving trafficked youth, youth with disabilities, and at-risk youth.

Parent Resource Guide: Protecting Kids When They Go Online
The Ohio Attorney General's Human Trafficking Initiative developed a resource for parents to protect their kids online.
