As you may know, ODM is preparing to implement the Work and Community Engagement Requirement for the Medicaid Expansion population (also known as Group VIII or MAGI Adult) to comply with the new federal requirements as enacted by Public Law 119-21, referred to as the “Working Families Tax Cut” legislation.
