To support the launch of NextGen MyCare on January 1, 2026, the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) has updated approved Live-In Caregiver exemptions for your account(s) in the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system for:

Individuals moving to a MyCare Ohio plan
Individuals switching MyCare plans
