Attention Nursing Facilities and Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities Providers
The Ohio Department of Medicaid will be launching the Online Cost Report Tool (OCRT) on October 8. On this date, providers for Nursing Facilities and Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities will no longer be able to complete cost reports using the current Automated Cost Report software. Additionally, cost report .txt files should no longer be uploaded to the statlog.
To access the new Online Cost Report Tool log into the OMES Cost Report and Rate Setting Web Portal and choose “Cost Report” from the menu bar. The web portal can be accessed via the Provider Network Management module by clicking on the “Cost Report and Rate Setting” link found under "Self Service."
