Proposed amendments to the developmental disability level of care Individual Options, Level One, and SELF waivers posted for public comment

The Ohio Department of Medicaid's Home and Community-Based Services Policy Section is seeking public comment on the proposed amendments to the developmental disabilities HCBS programs Individual Options, Level One and SELF. Prior to submission to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), a 30-day public comment period is open and will run March 3, 2025 through April 2, 2025.
