Registration open now
Customized training sessions have been scheduled for behavioral health providers on January 23, 25, and 26 to assist with common functionality questions Provider Network Management (PNM) module users may have. These virtual sessions will be demo-driven, utilizing the PNM training environment, and will include time for questions. The training will be recorded and uploaded to Absorb if providers are unable to attend or need to reference.
Learning management system registration
Absorb, the learning management system (LMS), is where you can register and access the training sessions. If you do not have an account in the LMS, it’s important that you create one to ensure you can access all training sessions, answer forms, and view a variety of PNM module resources. Access the job aid and follow the steps to create your account and register for training.
Note: These sessions are labeled “Behavioral Health PNM Technical Refresher Training” and are being offered January 23, 25, and 26.
Training agenda
Training module topics will include:
- Changing provider types in PNM.
- Initiating, completing, and submitting updates in PNM.
- Submitting affiliations from the individual practitioner.
- Submitting and approving affiliations for the organization.
