Register for the Next Generation of Ohio Medicaid (12/1) PNM module training today!
Provider Network Management (PNM) training sessions, scheduled to start on October 24, are now available for registration in the Learning Management System (LMS), Absorb. The training schedule has been posted and is available on the Next Generation website.
Training module topics will include the following:
- Self-service Hospice.
- Fee-for-service and Managed Care Claims Submission (Dental, Institutional, and Professional).
- Fee-for-service and Managed Care Prior Authorization Submission.
- Fee-for-service and Managed Care Eligibility Inquiry.
- Fee-for-service and Managed Care Claims Inquiry.
- Fee-for-service and Managed Care Provider Financials/Remittance Advice.
Next Generation of Ohio Medicaid refresher training
If you were unable to attend training for October 1 launch topics – sign on and setup, new enrollment, updates and revalidations – virtual refresher sessions are planned for October 18-27. Visit the October training schedule to view specific sessions available. In addition, Stage Two training resources – job aids, desk reference guides, online tutorials – can be accessed at: https://medicaid.ohio.gov/resources-for-providers/nextgeneration-pnm/nextgeneration-pnm.
LMS registration
In preparation for the December 1 launch, we are offering a variety of training options including self-paced, virtual, and in-person training options. Absorb, the Learning Management System (LMS), is where you will access the self-paced training and sign up for the virtual and/or in-person sessions. If you do not have an account in the LMS, it’s important that you create one to ensure you have access to all training sessions, answer forms, and a variety of PNM resources. Access the job aid and follow the steps to create your account and register for training.
