Greetings, Friends!
Representative Click has been working in the district tirelessly to ensure your voice is heard in the state legislature. Let’s take a look at what’s been happening in district this week!
Representative Click enjoyed connecting with constituents at the Tiffin Heritage Festival and Clyde Parade and Fair. These events are local favorites and were the highlight of Representative Click’s week. We are so thankful for those who put in the behind-the-scenes work for these events!
Representative Click was happy to show his support for the “Kickin' it for Kisha” event this week. This event was organized to support Officer Maria Kisha, who was recently stabbed in the line of duty. Mayor Steve Fought reported that $12,000 was raised at the event, demonstrating the profound support within our community for Kisha.
This week, the Bellevue Health Center held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new building. Bellevue Health Center has done an incredible job of providing essential health services to District 88. Through their dedication to care and high-quality services, they have become part of the backbone of our community. Representative Click is proud of all they do.
The Seneca Launchpad Finals were this week, and we are so glad that many community members could attend. This event was the first of its kind for Seneca County, and the community was eager to participate. Through this event, entrepreneurs took the stage to compete in a business pitch competition. Attendees were able to hear the stories that inspired these business ideas and experience innovation firsthand. Attendees were able to vote for the inaugural Seneca Launchpad People’s Choice Award. Representative Click is thankful for community events like this.
