Representative Click has had a very fruitful week in district. Let’s take a look at what’s been happening in district!
This last Friday, Representative Click attended the Gala for Life and Liberty hosted by the Right to Life Action Coalition of Ohio. At the event, he received the Barry Sheets Award for the pursuit of legislation that defends life in Ohio. Representative Click has worked tirelessly to stand for the life of the unborn and to provide for parents after the child is born. Representative Click is honored to receive this prestigious award.
 Representative Click was happy to attend the Veteran and First Responder Appreciation Dinner this week in Attica. While there, he had the opportunity to discuss pressing issues that veterans and first responders face. He happily listened to their concerns, helping him better understand the ways he can support Ohio's veterans. Our veterans and first responders are an integral part of our community, and Representative Click was honored to meet them.
 This Thursday, Representative Click attended the ribbon-cutting for the Freedom Pavilion at the Seneca County Fairgrounds. This pavilion stands as a local commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the nation's founding and the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Representative Click was happy to attend this memorable event!
Nearly a year ago, Representative Click was invited to offer a prayer at a memorial for America’s friend, Charlie Kirk. Linked below is the recording of the prayer. This video is a tribute to the legacy of a man who loved God and Country as much as any patriot in this land. Today we remember, and may we never forget, what he dedicated his life to: courage in his faith and a deep love for our nation and ideals.
Representative Click recently attended the Gibsonburg 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony for the 25th anniversary of 9/11. September 11th will forever stand in America’s history as a day that our nation stood still. It was an attack on our freedom, ideals, and way of life. This day led us to unite as a nation. It reminded us of what we stand for and why we exist. So today, we remember the lives lost through this tragic event, and the reason we still fight for Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. May we never forget the magnitude of this day for the United States of America.
 On this day, 25 years ago, District 88 lost one of its own. Teresa Miller-Martin was in the Pentagon on the fateful day that a plane struck the West Wing in the 9/11 attacks. In 2023, District 88 honored her by naming a road after her. At the naming of the memorial highway, Representative Click stated, “Naming a portion of State Route 19 in her honor is a small way of showing that we will never forget Teresa and those who perished on that terrible day. I feel truly honored to have been able to contribute to her memory.”
