Greetings, Friends and Neighbors!
This week has been incredibly rewarding for Representative Click, as he has met with many constituents and had bills moving in multiple committees. Let’s take a look at what’s been clicking in Columbus!
House Bill 486 was testified on again in the House Education Committee Many educators and young Ohioans came out to support this important piece of legislation. Ohio Young Republicans helped organize testimony, in order to help the next generation know the true history of America’s founding.
Representative Click was incredibly grateful for the strong support for this incredible bill!
In other news, Representative Click had the honor of attending the Veteran of the Year dinner in Tiffin this week. Toby Colbert was selected as Veteran of the Year for his tremendous sacrifice and service in our nation’s military. Rep. Click commends Toby on his dedication and service to the nation.
Representative Click had the honor of hosting the American Traffic Safety Association at the statehouse for their advocacy day this week. The American Traffic Safety Association is advocating for House Bill 82. Championed by Representative Click, this bill aims to protect those who work on and repair our roads. Many construction workers have lost their lives due to reckless driving and a lack of consideration for their safety.
Trenton Gallaway was one of these construction workers. He lost his life while working in construction in 2024. His parents now advocate for stricter laws to protect those who selflessly work to make our roads better and Ohio safer.

This week on “What’s Clickin”: Representative Click, and his legislative aide sat down to do a “mailbag” episode and read over some of the emails and voicemails his office has received about the “Charlie Kirk American Heritage Act”.
