West Broad Street Transit‑Oriented Development Study
LinkUS has launched the West Broad Street Transit‑Oriented Development (TOD) Study, which explores how future development around transit stations can better support housing, access to jobs and services, walkability, affordability, and preserving neighborhood character. The study kicked off in March and will continue gathering input from the community before recommendations are developed.
Those who live, work, or spend time along West Broad Street can get involved by attending a Station Area Open House and/or taking a short online survey. Community input will help guide how development fits the needs of existing neighborhoods and businesses as transit investments move forward.
Upcoming Station Area Meetings:
-
Downtown: Saturday, May 9th from 10 a.m. to noon or Wednesday, May 13th from 6 to 8 p.m.
-
Hilltop: Saturday, May 16 from 10 a.m. to noon or Wednesday, May 20th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
-
Franklinton: Thursday, June 4th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. or Saturday, June 6th from 10 a.m. to noon.
