Franklin County Public Health Community Health Improvement Plan Update

The Health Works Franklin County (HWFC) quarterly meeting was held on August 27th. Multiple agencies within this group worked to develop the Franklin County Public Health Community Health Improvement Plan in 2023. After one year of implementation, the HWFC team is tracking all the contributions and address the 4 priorities. To view the dashboard, visit the website here.
