OFCC Releases Updated Construction Signage and Bid Documents
The Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) is pleased to announce the availability of updated resources for construction, architect, and engineering partners. These include new agency construction signage and updated procurement and contracting forms.
Updated Construction Signage include an updated:
• Agency Dedication Plaque
• Drawing Title Sheet
• Specification Title Sheet
If newly branded OFCC logos are needed like the one located in the heading above, please contact info@ofcc.ohio.gov.
Updated Bid Documents:
Please ensure you are using the most recent versions of the procurement and construction bid documents. The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) information within these documents has been updated to include specific digital contact information, replacing physical addresses.
Action Required:
We request that all partners, including agencies, architects, engineers, and project coordinators, replace any previously downloaded or bookmarked versions with the updated templates and documents. Please use these in all future public bid processes.
