In preparation for beginning the Interested Party Review (IPR) of the Water Quality Standards Antidegradation rule (OAC 3745-1-05), the Agency recently held a webinar covering the methodology used to draft new lists of high quality waters. The recording of the pre-IPR webinar is now available, along with an accompanying Fact Sheet, here: https://epa.ohio.gov/divisions-and-offices/surface-water/regulations/interested-party-review
