On November 20, 2025, Ohio EPA submitted to U.S. EPA source-specific NO_x Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for Cleveland-Cliffs Cleveland Works, LLC (Facility ID 1318001613) for approval into Ohio's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS).
