2025 Drinking Water Monitoring Schedules

Dear Public Water System:

The 2025 Monitoring Schedules have been created and are now available online at: https://epa.ohio.gov/divisions-and-offices/drinking-and-ground-waters/public-water-systems/monitoring-and-reporting. The schedules are separated by principal county served and listed in PWS ID order. By using the "Ctrl" + "F" search tool, you can search for your schedule(s) by PWS ID or by your business name. Important reminders about drinking water sampling can be found in the first two pages of every county.

Please find and view your schedule(s), and after reviewing both the Entry Point and Distribution Schedules (if applicable), please keep them in a visible location as a reminder of when to sample. Be sure to check all pages for sampling requirements; some contaminants may span multiple pages.

Your schedule(s) may be revised during the year based on your sample results. A targeted monthly email will be sent to any PWS that has a schedule revision. If you would like to be notified when Ohio EPA posts revised schedules, you can sign up for and manage subscriptions for Ohio EPA electronic messages online at: https://public.govdelivery.com/accounts/OHEPA/subscriber/new.
