Inland Lakes - Water Quality Survey Planning, 2024

The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency 's Division of Surface Water (DSW) will be conducting a water quality survey of the Inland lakes within the 2023 and 2024 survey areas. The following inland lakes, divided into their respective watershed surveys, are included:

Middle Scioto River Watershed

• Alum Creek Lake
• Hoover Reservoir
• O'Shaugnessy Reservoir

Upper Scioto River Watershed 

• Marysville Upground
• Amann Reservoir
• Amick Reservoir
• Powers Reservoir

Central Ohio River Watershed

• Woodsfield Reservoir
• Barnesville Reservoir #1

Blanchard & Ottawa Rivers

• Findlay #1 Reservoir
• Findlay #2 Reservoir
• Metzger Reservoir
• Ferguson Reservoir
• Lost Creek
• Twin lakes
• Ottawa Reservoir
• Bresler Reservoir
• Williams Reservoir

At this time, Ohio EPA is accepting comments on the proposed selection of sites. Please see the draft study plan available at the following link for additional information: https://epa.ohio.gov/divisions-and-offices/surface-water/reports-data/water-quality-programs.

Comments can be submitted by email to EPATMDL@epa.ohio.gov by 5:00 P.M. on June 10, 2024.
