Deer Park Schools Offering Walk-In COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Saturday, May 22

In partnership with Hamilton County Public Health and the Deer Park Jr./Sr. High School Chick-fil-A Leader Academy, Deer Park schools has announced a walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinic at Amity Elementary on Saturday, May 22.

This event will be open to the public and available to anyone ages 12 and up** running from 8 a.m. - noon. Minors, ages 12 through 17 will receive the first of two Pfizer vaccine doses, with the other coming on June 12 at Amity. Adults, ages 18 and older, will be able to choose between any of the vaccines available. Minors must have a vaccine consent form (linked at the bottom of the release) signed by a parent or guardian in order to receive the vaccine.

There is no cost or insurance required. No appointment is necessary.
