Buckeye World Language Day

Buckeye World Language Day offers high school juniors an opportunity to visit language courses offered to students at The Ohio State University (OSU). Parents and students will learn about the transferable skills they acquire by learning a new language as well as scholarships and resources available at OSU for education, service learning, and internships abroad. OFLA Annual Conference
The Ohio Foreign Language Association (OFLA) annual conference will be held at Columbus State Community College on Apr. 3-5, 2025. New teachers are eligible for a free one-year membership to OFLA. Conference highlights include pre-conference workshops, sessions, immersive cooking classes, and language-specific roundtables. Camp OFLA Summer Language Camp
Camp OFLA, sponsored by the Ohio Foreign Language Association, is Ohio's only elementary, residential language camp for students in grades 3-8. Languages offered in 2025 are French, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Spanish. Students do not need previous knowledge of the language.
