FY24 OELPA Assessment (A) Collection, v2
Please refer to the Release Notes for details regarding this recently posted collection request.
FY24 Partial GY Assessment File and Missing List
The WebXam vendor, CETE, has released a partial file of CTE technical assessments results from the 2023-2024 school year. The file includes results for assessments taken prior to 5/2/2024. CETE will release a final file to ITCs the week of June 14 that includes all WebXam assessment results for the 2023-2024 school year. Districts should begin reporting assessment scores in the Career Tech Accountability Assessment Collection (FY24) (2024ACTSP) as soon as possible to ensure that students who will be enrolling in post-secondary institutions receive transcripted CTE articulated credit upon enrollment.
The missing list for the Career Tech Accountability Assessment Collection will be turned on in the last week of May. The list is based upon the partial vendor file from CETE. The missing list will be updated with all assessment results when the final vendor file is loaded in June.

The Secure Data Center (SDC) is the main resource districts should use to review Report Card Data. It is an interactive tool that allows districts to review data well before the data is final and the Report Cards are released. Ohio Revised Code and Ohio Administrative Code require districts to report data to EMIS and to verify and approve all EMIS data. This verification should include all relevant reports, including those in the SDC. Data should be reviewed and verified prior to the close of the different data collections. For more information about the SDC—and for SDC resources—see the Secure Data Center webpage.
