FY22 State Assessment Data Appeals Open

From Wednesday, July 20 through Wednesday, July 27, districts may appeal the following FY22 data:

• Spring End of Course Assessment
• Spring State Assessment Grades 3-8

These data may affect measures on the 2022 Ohio School Report Cards, as well as state funding received by the district. The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee all can access and fill out the data appeal forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.

For more information about the data appeal window, timeline, and completion process for superintendents, visit the EMIS Data Appeals webpage. For questions regarding data appeals, contact the Department's Office of Data Quality.
