FY21 Eschool Students Missing Tests

The report 2021_STUDENT_ESCHOOL_1YEAR_SSIDs_20220201.xls is being released to eschools through the data collector. This file provides informational details about eschool students with missing tests from the 2020-2021 school year and is considered informational only for the purposes of Ohio law (ORC 3314.26). 

Senate Bill 229 establishes the 2021-2022 school year as the starting point going forward for evaluating compliance with ORC 3314.26. Note that there is no appeals process for these FY21 missing test lists.
