Ohio Department of Education Posts New Information on Grading, Nutrition and School Calendars
As more details become available, the Ohio Department of Education continues to update its website with information related to the ordered school-building closure.
Information on the Grading, Promotion and Retention webpage is intended to help educators and school administrators with questions about how to handle student grades, as well as promotion and retention of students from one grade level to the next in light of the ordered school-building closure.
New updates to the Whole-Child Nutrition document provide information on how those programs can continue to provide food to students during the coronavirus pandemic.
Finally, a new question has been added to our Frequently Asked Questions page to reflect inquiries about whether schools should adjust their calendars due to the ordered school-building closure.
