As the Ohio Department of Education continues its work to build education and business partnerships and produce a highly qualified future workforce, our Career Connections staff is growing.
Below are the names of members of the Career Connections team that we hope you’ll call on when you are making plans for engaging your students in career awareness, exploration and planning. These friendly experts can connect you with resources and similar work taking place around the state.

OhioMeansJobs K-12 Training Now Online!
Licensed educators who want to learn more about the tools on OhioMeansJobs K-12 can log in to the Learning Management System for Ohio Education and take the OhioMeansJobs K-12 Training: Student Support and Education Options course. Other adults, such as mentors and parents, who want to learn more about the tools can watch this series of videos. Once adults know how to use the tools, such as an online quiz about what a student enjoys, they can share them with students.

Career Connections is working to prepare students for pathways. SuccessBound provides resources for schools to prepare pathways for students.Visit the SuccessBound site for specific resources to help connect education, businesses and community partners to provide opportunities for all students.
