Check the status of employee application using PISGS Online
Providers can easily check the status of an employees registration application by using their PISGS Online account.
Simply click the "Roster" option under the "Reports" section to run a report. In the report query, check "ALL" offices, "Applied (APL)" status and "All Registrants" before clicking the search button.
Once the list of employees appears, you can click on "Select" to the left of their name to open their information page. The status menu is located at the bottom of the screen.
The status at the top of the page indicates "APL" for Applied and the red arrows point to the fields that indicate the BCI & FBI background checks are still "Under Review."
