Hamilton County (Thursday, May 29, 2025) – Inspections on the Western Hills Viaduct will require a single-day, daytime closure this weekend.
Crews working for the Michael Baker International company will close the lower deck of the Viaduct in both the east and westbound directions this Saturday, May 31, for inspection. In addition, the ramp from I-75 South to the lower deck by way of Harrison Avenue (Exit 2B) will be closed as well.
The closure will be in effect from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., and while the lower deck is closed, motorists may travel by way of the upper deck. From I-75 South, traffic will be detoured via the Western Avenue/Liberty Street exit (Exit 2A) and Winchell Avenue.
