U.S. 42 Railroad Crossing Closed For Repairs

Warren County (Monday, May 19, 2025) – The Indiana Ohio Railway has closed U.S. Route 42, immediately south of Lebanon in Warren County, for a crossing repair project. 

The closure went into effect today, May 19, and the route will remain closed through late Thursday or early Friday, May 22 or 23, while crews working on behalf of the IORY repair the crossing that is situation at U.S. 42 and Columbia Road. 

While the route is closed, motorists will be detoured via S.R. 741 and S.R. 63.
