Lebanon Ohio (Thursday, May 15, 2025) – THIS WORK HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO FORECASTED WEATHER. IT WILL BE RESCHEDULED.
As work continues on the I-74 bridge and pavement rehabilitation project, restrictions will be in place at two locations on I-74 East this weekend.
Beginning at 7 p.m. Friday, May 16, I-74 will be reduced to one lane in the eastbound direction at the Shepherd Creek Road underpass bridge (west of the Montana Avenue interchange) and the Haft Road underpass (west of the Race Road overpass).
The single-lane closures will be in effect until 6 a.m. Monday, May 19, and a 12-foot width restriction will also be in effect.
Barrett Paving Materials, Inc. was awarded a contract for approximately $12.9 million to complete the project, and the entire project is scheduled to be completed in the mid-fall of 2025.
