Clermont County (Tuesday, April 22, 2025) – As work continues on the U.S. 50/S.R. 132 resurfacing project, daytime lane restrictions will be in effect through the end of the month.
Contractors for the Ohio Department of Transportation will be paving U.S. 50 (Main Street) in Owensville, between S.R. 132 North and Brushy Fork Road, and S.R. 132 South (S. Broadway Street), between Main Street and S.R. 276. Crews will also be paving the westbound lane of U.S. 50 west of Owensville, between Sherilyn Lane and S.R. 222.
Single-lane closures will be in effect daily, from approximately 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
Barrett Paving Materials, Inc. was awarded a contract in the amount of $1.08 million to resurfacing both routes, and all work is scheduled to be completed in early summer.
