Hamilton County (Wednesday, March 26, 2025) – The following overnight restrictions will be in place tonight for pothole repair on the Interstate 75/Mill Creek Expressway - Phase 8 project.
On Wednesday, March 26, the left lane on eastbound S.R. 562 (Norwood Lateral) will be closed from I-75 to the Paddock Road interchange, between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.
In addition, the ramp from southbound I-75 to eastbound S.R. 562 will be closed between 10 p.m. and midnight.
The Mill Creek Expressway - Phase 8 project includes replacement of three railroad bridges, which are located over Prosser Avenue, I-75, and S.R. 562, as well as reconstruction of the railroad tracks between bridges. Construction also includes minor realignment of lanes on I-75 to accommodate the new railroad bridge pier location on I-75.
The Great Lakes Construction Company was awarded a contract for approximately $46.7 million to complete the project, and all work is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2027.
