On Saturday, March 8, at 7AM, traffic will be slowed to a stop in both directions of State Route 7 in the city of Steubenville at 3rd Street for utility work.

During this work, law enforcement officials will stop the traffic in both directions on the north and south ends of the work location.

ODOT advises motorists to expect delays lasting up to 15 minutes and plan accordingly to allow extra time for travel.
