Emergency Signal Repair Under Way On U.S. 42

Lebanon, Ohio (Tuesday, September 5, 2023) - An emergency signal repair is under way at the intersection of U.S. Route 42 and Butler-Warren Road this afternoon. 

Crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation's Traffic Department have been dispatched to repair the signal at U.S. 42/Butler-Warren Road, where the span has been struck and the signal head has been damaged.

Lane restrictions are in effect, and the signal is dark. The duration of these restrictions is unknown at this time; however, motorists are reminded to use additional caution through the intersection.

To help ensure the safety of the workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
