DELAWARE COUNTY: Weekly Construction Update

WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 11, 2022

DELAWARE, Ohio (Thursday, September 8, 2022) - The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Delaware County next week. All outlined work is weather permitting.

US 42_small

U.S. Route 42

CONTINUING IMPACTS

U.S. 42 northbound between Klondike Rd. and Section Line-Rd. will close starting Monday, August 29 for 84 days. Detour: SR 257 northbound to U.S. 36 eastbound to U.S. 23 southbound to U.S. 42.

SR 61

State Route 61

NEW IMPACTS

SR 61 between the Morrow County Line and U.S. 36 will have daily lane restrictions (7 a.m. – 4 p.m.) starting Monday, September 12 through Friday, September 16 for pavement maintenance.  

SR 521

State Route 521

NEW IMPACTS

SR 521 between Kilbourne Rd. and the Delaware/Knox County Line will have daily lane restrictions (7 a.m. – 4 p.m.) starting Monday, September 12 through Friday, September 16 for pavement maintenance.
