PAULDING COUNTY: Highway construction update
Week of August 22, 2022
LIMA, Ohio (Friday, August 19, 2022) The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Paulding County next week. All outlined work is weather permitting.

U.S. 24 PROJECTS |
U.S. 24 westbound between U.S. 127 and the city of Defiance will have the right/driving lane closed for pavement repairs.
TRAFFIC IMPACT

U.S. 24 eastbound at State Route 66: The on and off ramps will close on Monday, August 22, for approximately seven days. Detour: SR 281 to U.S. 24 back to SR 66 (see map).

U.S. 24 westbound at State Route 66: The on and off ramps will close on Monday, August 29, for approximately seven days.
Detour: SR 15/SR 18 to U.S. 24 back to SR 66 (see map).
U.S. 24 westbound, approximately one mile east of the U.S. 127 interchange and the village of Cecil, the driving/right lane is closed for work to repair a slide. Visit the project page for more information about slide projects in Paulding County.
State Route 500 between the Indiana state line and the village of Paulding will be restricted to one lane for upcoming chip seal operations.
State Route 613 between State Route 637 and Road 137 closed on Monday, August 1, for approximately 60 days for a culvert replacement.
TRAFFIC IMPACT
Detour: U.S. 127 to SR 114 to SR 637 back to SR 613 (see map).
State Route 637, south of the village of Grover Hill, near the Van Wert County line may have temporary lane restrictions for bridge maintenance.
