Clermont County (Friday, June 24, 2022) – Construction for a culvert replacement project on state Route 132 in Clermont County will get under way next month, and the route will be closed for three weeks.
On Tuesday, July 5, contractors for the Ohio Department of Transportation will close S.R. 132 immediately north of Cedarville Road, between S.R. 131 and S.R. 28, to replace a culvert at the 21.21-mile marker.
The route will be closed through Tuesday, July 26, and while it is closed, the signed detour will be by way of S.R. 131, U.S. 50, S.R. 450, I-275 and S.R. 28.
Axis Civil Construction LLC was awarded a contract for approximately $668,000 to complete the work on S.R. 132, as well as a culvert replacement on S.R. 123 in Warren County, and all work is scheduled to be completed by October 2022.
