Butler County (Thursday, May 26, 2022) – As part of a districtwide bridge maintenance project over Interstate 75, nightly lane restrictions will be in place beginning next week.
On Tuesday, May 31, contractors for the Ohio Department of Transportation will close various lanes on I-75 North and South between Cincinnati-Dayton Road and Union Centre Boulevard to place false decking on the West Chester Road overpass. Lane restrictions will be in place nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following day, through Monday, June 13, and traffic will be maintained.
Becdir Construction Co. was awarded a contract for approximately $1.9 million to repair the parapets on the West Chester Road and Allen Road overpasses in Butler County, and all work is scheduled to be completed by late-fall of 2022.
