FRANKLIN COUNTY: Weekly Construction Update

WEEK OF APRIL 24, 2022

DELAWARE, Ohio (Thursday, April 21, 2022) - The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Franklin County next week. All outlined work is weather permitting.

NEW IMPACTS

Olentangy River Rd. between Highland Dr. and Henderson Rd, will have daily lane restrictions (9 a.m. - noon) starting Monday, April 25 through Friday, April 29. 

Interstate 71

NEW IMPACTS

• The I-71 southbound ramp to I-270 eastbound on the north side will close nightly (11 p.m. – 5 a.m.) starting Sunday, April 24 through Wednesday, April 27.
  • Detour: I-71 southbound to SR 161 to I-71 northbound to I-270 eastbound.
• The I-71 northbound ramp to I-270 westbound on the north side will close nightly (11 p.m. – 5 a.m.) starting Sunday, April 24 through Wednesday, April 27.
  • Detour: I-71 northbound to I-270 eastbound to Cleveland Ave. to I-270 westbound

State Route 665

NEW IMPACTS

SR 665 between U.S. 62 and Young Rd. will close starting Monday, April 25 through Saturday, April 30. Detour: U.S. 62 to I-71 to SR 665.

State Route 104

NEW IMPACTS

SR 104/White Rd. Intersection Improvements - SR 104 between White Rd. and Stringtown Rd. will close starting Monday, April 25 through Monday, May 23 for culvert replacement. Detour: SR 104 to SR 665 to I-71 to SR 104 or reverse.

NEW IMPACTS

SR 104 Bridge Replacement - The SR 104 bridge over I-270 will close starting Monday, April 25 for 100 days. Detour: SR 104 to SR 665 to I-71 to SR 104 or reverse.
