SR 7 northbound on-ramp closure in Brilliant: The SR 7 northbound on-ramp at Market Street in Brilliant will close to traffic on  Wednesday, July 21,and Thursday, July 22, for bridge inspection. The closures will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather permitting.

State Route 7 Projects

State Route 7 resurfacing near Brilliant: This project includes the resurfacing of nearly 3.5 miles of SR 7 from the north end of Brilliant to Salt Run. One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction. The completion date is August 31, 2021.

State Route 7 bridge rehabilitation project near Pottery Addition: Project to rehabilitate two SR 7 bridges located just south of the exit for Pottery Addition (CR 44). During this work, one 12-foot lane will be maintained in each direction. The completion date is June 30, 2022. 

State Route 7 restricted near Mingo Junction:  SR 7 is restricted to one lane of traffic in each direction due to a landslide. Future work will take place to repair the hillside. More information will be shared as it becomes available.

U.S. Route 22 Projects

U.S. 22 resurfacing from SR 7 to SR 43: Project to resurface five miles of U.S. 22 near Wintersville from just east of SR 43 to SR 7.  During this work, one lane of traffic will be maintained at all times in each direction. Similar lane closures may take place throughout the project along SR 7 near the U.S. 22 interchange. The completion date is September 30, 2021.

U.S. 22 resurfacing from Hopedale to Bloomingdale:  Project to resurface six miles of U.S. 22 from just east of Hopedale to the County Road 22A exit near Bloomingdale. During this work, one lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction. The completion date is September 30, 2021.

U.S. 22 bridge repair project: U.S. 22 eastbound traffic is currently being diverted  via the Exit for Reeds Mills/Broadacre for a bridge repair project. Motorists are advised to expect delays as U.S. 22 traffic utilizes the exit to return to U.S. 22 eastbound. The completion date is July 31, 2021.

State Route 43 Project

State Route 43 resurfacing project from Richmond to Amsterdam: Project to resurface ten miles of SR 43 from Richmond to Amsterdam. During this work, traffic will be maintained via flaggers. The completion date is October 31, 2021.
