S.R. 133 Culvert Replacements
Set To Begin Next Week

Clermont County (Thursday, March 18, 2021) – A series of culvert replacements will get under way next week on state Route 133, as crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation's Clermont County maintenance facility resume efforts to replace several deteriorated pipes along the route.

On Monday, March 22, S.R. 133 will be closed between S.R. 727 and Taylor Road for crews to replace two culverts situated at the 35.33 and the 35.74-mile markers. The closure will go into effect at approximately 8 a.m., and the route will remain closed until approximately 3 p.m. Friday, March 26.

The following week, March 29 through April 2, S.R. 133 will then be closed between Taylor and Johnson roads for crews to replace a culvert at the 36.56-mile marker. The closure will go into effect at 8 a.m. Monday, March 29, and remain in place through Friday, April 2.

All work will be contingent upon the weather, and during periods of closure, motorists will be detoured by way of S.R. 131, U.S. 50, U.S. 68 and S.R. 123.
