State Route 747 Lane Restrictions On Tap Next Week

Butler County (Friday, February 26, 2021) – Lane restrictions will be in effect next week on state Route 747 in Butler County as part of a signalization project.

Beginning Tuesday, March 2, and continuing throughout the week, single-lane closures will be in effect on S.R. 747 at the intersection with Mulhauser Road for utility work and conduit installation.

The restrictions will be in place daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and only one lane will be closed at time in either direction. The restrictions are scheduled to be lifted by Friday, March 5, and all work will be contingent upon the weather. Arrow boards and/or signs will alert motorists of the upcoming restrictions.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
